1 General Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of consumer electronics, home appliances, and solid wood furniture items from Pakve Electronics & Furniture, located at Dhoki Rd, Kalamb, Maharashtra 413507.

By booking an order in our showroom, requesting a price quote, or confirming an order via our WhatsApp desk, you agree to the terms described below.

2 Pricing, Invoicing & GST

• All electronics purchases are billed with genuine statutory GST Invoices essential for claiming manufacturer brand warranties.
• Quoted catalog prices and combo package discounts are subject to stock availability and seasonal promotional updates.
• Final pricing confirmed on the official store invoice at the time of booking shall be deemed final.

3 Brand Warranties (Electronics Wing)

All electronic appliances (Smart TVs, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Air Conditioners, etc.) carry direct Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranties provided by brands like Sony, LG, Samsung, Godrej, IFB, Voltas, and others.

• Standard warranty coverage, extended compressor warranties, and panel guarantees are governed strictly by the respective brand’s service policies.
• In-home installations, demo services, and on-site repairs are fulfilled by certified authorized brand service technicians.
• Pakve Electronics assists customers with warranty registration and customer care escalation support.

4 Furniture Crafting, Dimensions & Custom Orders

• Our furniture products (Beds, Devghar, Wardrobes, Sofas, Dining Tables) are handcrafted from seasoned solid wood (teak wood) and premium grade ply. Natural variations in wood grain and polish shades are inherent characteristics of real wood.
• For custom-sized cots, wardrobes, and devghar units, final dimensions and upholstery fabric selections must be confirmed prior to production. Custom crafted units cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

5 Delivery & On-Site Assembly

We provide dedicated delivery services across Kalamb, Dhoki, and surrounding regions in Dharashiv (Osmanabad) district.

• Customers are advised to inspect products (appliances for exterior condition, furniture for polish/structure) upon delivery before signing the delivery slip.
• Our delivery team or authorized technicians handle product placement and hydraulic bed assembly as agreed upon during booking.

6 Payment Methods & 0% EMI Schemes

We accept Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking. Easy monthly installment schemes (0% EMI) are facilitated through approved consumer finance partners (e.g., Bajaj Finserv, TVS Credit) subject to partner eligibility and documentation verification.
